Crushed Green Olives are obtained by breaking whole olive fruits mechanically. Turkish origin olive fruits are chosen, processed and packed in Pet Jars.
We pick the Green Olives and crush them. These crushed green olive fruits can range in color from dark to light green. Their flesh is firm and has a grassy, bitter flavor.
When this bitterness removal process is done with water or taken directly into brine or salt fermentation without pre-treatment, the olive does not lose its naturalness.
