Pitted Black Olives are obtained by removing pits from the black olive. Turkish-origin olives are chosen, processed and packed in Glass Jars.
We pick the Black Olives and remove their pits. This pitted black olive fruit flesh is firm and has a grassy, bitter flavor. When this bitterness removal process is done with water or taken directly into brine or salt fermentation without pre-treatment, the olive does not lose its naturalness.
