Sele Black Olives are traditional Turkish Olives harvested in Turkey’s olive-growing areas. The unsalted olives are processed according to customer demands and packed in Glass Jars.
We pick traditional Sele Black Olives before the process and process them with oil; no chemicals or water are used for ripening. The oil ratio is higher than the other black olive types. Sele olives are easily grazed, supplied dried, saltless, or low-salt
