Sele Black Olives are traditional Turkish olives harvested in Turkey’s best olive-growing areas. Dried Sele olive fruits are processed and packed in Pet Jars.
We pick traditional Sele Black Olives before the process and process them with oil; no chemicals or water are used for ripening. The oil ratio is higher than the other black olive types. Sele olives are easily grazed, supplied dried, saltless, or low-salt.
